Irma Martinez retired from IBM after 26 years as a senior human resource leader. She has extensive experience in international and functional leadership and expertise in cultural diversity, employee relations, and recruiting. She has over 12 years of management experience, both in the U.S. and internationally, and managed employees both in Mexico and Argentina while on international assignment.
