Diploma Pick-Up Option has been CANCELLED

Diplomas for all graduating students will be mailed the first week after posting of degree to transcripts. They will be mailed to the student's permanent address on file or the mailing address specified during the graduation application process. If this address needs to be changed, please submit the address change via email to registrar@txstate.edu no later than degree posting date. Please check the Academic Calendar for specific dates.

If you're a student vet, be sure to complete online certification process ASAP.



Any student veteran who plans to receive VA benefits must log into the Texas State Veterans Affairs (http://www.va.txstate.edu/) web site and complete their online certification process as soon as they register for EACH SEMESTER to ensure they receive their benefits. 


1. Please have all required documents prepared.
2. Click on the "Add New Request" for a new request.
3. Click on the "My Requests" to view previously entered requests.
4. If you are using benefits with the VA office for the first time or are changing benefits select "Incoming Student" (even if you have previously attended Texas State).
5. Only submit ONE request per semester.


ALL STUDENTS
using VA Education Benefits must complete this form each semester AFTER registering for classes. You should register as soon as possible and complete this certification request immediately following to avoid any delays in receiving your benefit.
