Learn how sleep, plays an important role in all aspects of life, including college success. This workshop is geared to help you know how to get the amount and quality of sleep needed to effectively manage the stress of being a student.
These 50 minute workshops are offered throughout the semester. Each workshop is held in LBJ Student Center Room 3-3.1 . Registration required.
Presentations are given by Counseling Center Professional staff and are free for currently enrolled students.
