Q: Give us a brief
summary of your organization.
Epsilon
Nu Tau – Beta Chapter is a coed professional business organization that is open
to all majors. Our goal is to create the largest entrepreneur ecosystem in
Texas. Core values include: brotherhood, salesmanship, professionalism,
philanthropy, and entrepreneurship.
Q: How has your
organization helped you grow as a student and future professional?
Holding multiple officer positions within ENT
provided me opportunities to apply what I was learning in class like marketing
our events or balancing the budget. The most valuable professional skill I
learned in the organization and I continue to build on is: networking. A huge
part of my professional network is made up of members, faculty advisers,
alumni, and local business owners all connected through ENT.
Q: What makes your
organization special/unique?
We
cater to our members unlike any other student organization at the college. The
content of meetings and events change each semester due to our focus on helping
members reach their goals.
Q: What is something
you wish someone would’ve told you before you started your college journey?
It is all about perspective. Higher
Education should not just be about individuals trying to better themselves. It
should be about using the opportunity they have and the skills they learn to
give back to communities.
