GSP Review Sessions
Every Thursday at 4:00 p.m. in FHG04
Students majoring in Mass Communication or Health Administration are required to pass the Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation Exam. The Writing Center offers a review session every week to help students take on the GSP challenge. The review sessions are also a great review of basic grammar and punctuation for all students.
Writers' Meetup Group
Every Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in FHG09
Bring copies of your work (fiction, short fiction, or poetry of any genre) to workshop with passionate peers!
Finally, Words Work Literacy Journal is currently accepting submissions of anything creative from anyone at Texas State: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, visual art (paintings, photography, etc.), music, games, apps, etc.
You may submit your work by email to keri.fitzgerald@txstate.edu. Your subject line must read: "WORDS WORK SUBMISSION" and the DEADLINE is 11/28/2011.
