Guest Speaker: Richard Ressler of Moster Wynne Ressler Law Firm

The Student Economics Association is hosting a guest speaker on November 18th, 2010 at 5:00pm in 124 McCoy Hall.  Mr. Richard Ressler serves as Managing General Counsel for Moster Wynne Ressler Law Firm and is an indispensable strategist and consultant for clients, helping them use the law as a tool to guide complex decision making.  Mr. Ressler has experience in venture capital and other start-up investments, bank and other loan financings, structured financing, sophisticated leasing arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Ressler received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
