Meet the newest member of our team!

 The McCoy College of Business Advising Center is happy to introduce you to our newest Academic Advisor!  Meet Danielle Dreps Knapp!

Danielle earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Texas State and also volunteered in the Career Services office before joining us here in McCoy College. 

A few things we've learned about Danielle so far:

* She's been a vegetarian for six years
* She has a chocolate lab named Riley
* And she's originally from upstate New York

PAWS Preview honors McCoy College advisor!

Those of you who once attended PAWS Preview as an incoming Freshman to Texas State may remember being assigned to a particular group at PAWS Preview referred to as a "Den" - in which you met your future US 1100 classmates, attended informational sessions, and most likely played a few outrageous games over that two-day span lead by your wacky den leaders!

Well this year another group of freshmen attending PAWS Preview will check in, get handed a Texas State t-shirt, and be welcomed into their own den - Den Wilson, named in honor of our very own McCoy College Academic Advisor Kenyon Wilson!!

Den namesakes are selected each year as a result of student nominations spotlighting University staff and faculty who have demonstrated a strong commitment to helping students reach success.

Congratulations, Kenyon!  Keep up the good work!
